The use of Dream Ventures services constitutes acceptance and agreement to our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service.
The Acceptable Use Policy may be changed from time to time by our company, and subscribers understand that changes made to our Acceptable Use Policy shall not be a ground for early contract withdrawal and non-payment.
Service Rates: Subscribers acknowledge that the nature and rates of our service have been communicated to them. Dream Ventures agrees that such changes if necessary, must be informed first to the subscribers before actually implementing it.
Payment and Fees: Subscribers acknowledge that payments are due on the date issued by Dream Ventures upon releasing your order. Subscribers also acknowledge that our hosting services are billed quarterly at the minimum, except on special plans approved by management, and subsequent payment are due on the anniversary date of the month of the plan duration. Dream Ventures agrees to furnish subscribers Statement of Account 10 days prior to actual due date.
Failure to Pay: Dream Ventures reserves the right to temporarily deactivate accounts upon the failure of the subscriber to pay charges when due.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee: To illustrate our commitment of quality service, we are offering our customers full refund if disatisfaction on our hosting services is expressed within 30 days from date of account activation. To request this, please submit (through email) a formal explanation siting concrete incident/incidents, your domain, and your complete name and complete mailling address. Refunds will be mailed in the form of Money Orders.
Support Boundaries: Dream Ventures provides customers with various form of support facilities such as email support, SMS, Support Forum, and Phone support. We limit our technical support to our area of expertise. Dream Ventures provides support to your server functions, and on matters limited to the contents of our prepared FAQ’s. Dream Ventures does not provide support on matters involving scripts programming. We encourage our clients to go over our FAQ’s and our forum for answers to your queries.
Bandwidth and Disk Usage: Customers acknowledge that Dream Ventures has the right to take corrective actions should the customer exceeds the number of Megabytes of disk space and bandwidth allocated for the hosting plan ordered. Such corrective action may include the assessment of additional charges in accordance to the fees provided by the Company, or temporary deactivation of service.
Miscellaneous Provisions: The customer acknowledge that all contact information, mailling address, email address, and telephone contacts provided during the ordering process are correct and true.
Subscribers acknowledge that the service provided by Dream Ventures is of such nature that service can experience interruption for many reasons, other than the negligence of our Company. Subscribers agree that Dream Ventures is not liable for any damages arising from such causes beyond the direct control of Dream Ventures.
Dream Ventures reserves the right to suspend service of customers who, in the Company’s judgement is the source of violations of any of the terms mentioned in our Acceptable Use Policy. Dream Ventures also reserves the right to amend its policies at any time.
You, as Dream Ventures customers, are solely responsible for the contents of your website hosted by Dream Ventures.
